Jun. 05, 2013
HOUSTON — BKR International, an association of independent accounting and business advisory firms, has announced an exclusive partnership with alliantgroup, a provider of tax consulting services. This will make alliantgroup BKR’s exclusive provider of R&D tax services.
“BKR member firms are committed to delivering superior client service throughout the world. We work every day to ensure our independent members grow and strengthen their practices to provide their clients with the tools and opportunities to rise as industry leaders. We are dedicated to partnering with only best-in-class organizations, and we have found that in alliantgroup,” said Maureen Schwartz, BKR Executive Director.
alliantgroup serves more than 3,000 CPA firms nationwide. With the guidance, experience, and in-depth knowledge provided by industry experts and today’s thought leaders, alliantgroup delivers the highest quality tax studies for over 30 different industries throughout the U.S. To date, they have assisted over 10,000 firms in claiming over $2.5 billion in tax incentives.
“While there are legitimate government endorsed tax benefits to be claimed, many companies are unaware that the work they do on a day-to-day basis most likely qualifies for these significant incentives,” Mark W. Everson, alliantgroup Vice Chairman and former IRS Commissioner, said. “We have the expertise to help CPAs and their clients claim that to which they are fully entitled under the law.”
“Having worked with alliantgroup, I am very happy to hear that they have been chosen as BKR’s exclusive provider of R&D tax services. I have seen firsthand the significant savings and exceptional service alliantgroup delivers to their clients, and I am eager to continue working with their tax experts in the future,” Johnny Davidson, Partner at BKR member firm, Davidson, Holland, Whitesell & Co., PLLC, said.
BKR and alliantgroup are both fully focused on delivering the highest value possible to their clients. As the R&D tax credit is among the most lucrative incentives offered by our government, this partnership will certainly serve as a great financial benefit to BKR’s member firms and the companies they advise.
“We believe that this partnership will strengthen BKR’s mission of providing the highest quality of client service and strengthen the American businesses that BKR member firms serve,” said Dhaval Jadav, alliantgroup CEO. “We are excited to be working with BKR and assisting their members to ensure they receive the full benefit of federal and state tax incentives that will ultimately create jobs and spur innovation in America.”
